Important Information About Training at Ease

Training Days & Attendance:
Expect a very full day when we meet, with short breaks in the morning and afternoon and an hour break for lunch.  You must attend or make up each session, without exception. There are two options if you need to miss a training session: attending it the next time the course is offered or completing a make-up lesson for additional fees.

Discounted Yoga at Ease:
Yoga therapist trainees receive a 5-class monthly membership as long as they are enrolled in the program. Training credits are not transferrable.

Refund Policy:
If you pay for your training in full and your plans change, I offer full refunds with a written notice up to 60 days before the training starts.  After that window, refunds are offered according to this schedule, indicating the number of days before the training begins:

60 Days	45 Days	30 Days	15 Days
90%	75%	50%	25%

Other options to a partial discount include: transferring your registration to another student (subject to lead trainer approval), applying 100% of your fees to yoga membership or class packages, applying 100% of your fees to wellness services, or attending the training the next time it is offered. Because there are a limited number of participants, this refund policy will be strictly enforced.

Deposits, Tuition, Payment Plans & Scholarships:
The total tuition is $14,499, or $4,833 per year. There is a $350 discount per year (a total of $1050 over 3 years) if you pay your tuition in full by March 1 of each training year. 

A deposit to hold your place in the training is $550 and is non-refundable after January 31, 2020,  but can be transferred to another student (subject to lead trainer approval) or applied to classes, workshops, or wellness services at Ease. 

After we receive your deposit, we will  send you an invoice for the full amount or set up a monthly payment plan at your request. Payment plans incur a $150 per year fee which must be paid by March 15, 2020, the date the first installment is due. If you sign up for the training after March 15 and select the payment plan option, your first installment and $150 fee will be due immediately.  

Scholarships & Work-Study agreements are available, please contact Juko directly for information.  Since our training groups are small, if you receive a scholarship or make a work-study agreement and drop out of the training, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the scholarship back and/or completing the work/study agreement.

​If we cancel the training, you will receive a full refund of your tuition. We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule training dates due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe illness, weather, or other emergencies). 

Your tuition includes free use of the space on a first come, first served basis for your yoga therapy practicum, and it also includes the cost of individual mentorship and business coaching sessions.
