Learning to Listen to Your Own True VoiceI was a guest on a podcast & was asked to name my favorite meditation app - which implies that there are so many to choose from that it's possible to have a favorite. I was surprised by the question, and gave the first reply that came to mind: my own inner voice.
Uncovering and learning to listen to our most true and whole Self is a lifelong journey, and supporting people as they cultivate clarity and confidence on their path is my primary focus as a meditation teacher. Interest in the benefits of mediation & the drive to deliver it in easy and convenient doses have given us more guided recordings than one person could listen to in a lifetime, but meditation is not a pill, it's an ongoing practice that thrives with guidance from a teacher.
