Pause for 30 minutes to practice mindful self-awareness mediation in virtual community, stay as long as you like after to connect, pose questions, and connect. Led by Juko, there is plenty of time after to ask questions and connect with others.
This meditation class is free, can be practiced from anywhere (we have people join in from their parked cars) and does not require any special set-up or equipment. All levels of experience are welcome.

Meditation Mentorship - The Foundation Series
5 individual one-on-one calls / weekly or bi-weekly according to your needs / $375
The Foundation Series is a structured five-session journey through the layers of your inner practice. Each session is personalized to where you are: what's arising, what's resistant, what wants attention. This series is for people who are ready to establish a sustainable practice, or who have practiced before and want to return with more intention and support. Book your sessions weekly or every other week, at a pace that fits your life.
Together we move through the dimensions of experience that Yoga-Based Self-Awareness (YBSA) maps as the terrain of inner yoga: body, breath, emotions, mind, discernment, and integration. This work supports increasing your emotional awareness and responding skillfully to your inner critic.
If this is your first time working with me, the Foundation Series is where we begin. It gives us the time and structure to establish a real working relationship, understand the terrain of your practice, and build something sustainable together. Established students are also welcome to this series.
Note: All sessions must be completed within 90 days of registering for your individual series

Bring your practice questions, experiences, and edges into a one-on-one conversation, each practice session is shaped by what you bring.
You might be working through something that has come up in your yoga or meditation journey, want guidance on a specific technique, or be ready for a more personal exchange with someone whose teaching & approach you already trust.
I am devoted to supporting your desire to expand your yoga practice beyond fitness, to respond to your inner critic, and to find self-compassion in hard seasons. These calls are a good fit for the part of your practice that lives alongside the physical postures, but an active asana practice is not required.
