Alea Grundler completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ease Mountain in 2018 and began teaching regularly. When she is not at the yoga studio, she is working on her doctorate in philosophy, thinking about how our experiences of beauty shape our moral character and how we live our lives.
She integrates her backgrounds in both philosophy and dance into her yoga classes for a class that is expressive, spiritually reflective, playful, and uplifting. Her highest intention as a teacher is to spread joy.
